Hi there! I’m Tierra, a therapist committed to helping you navigate the ups and downs of your relationships. With years of experience in individual and couples therapy, my goal is to create a safe, authentic, and understanding space where you can express yourself freely & build the necessary skills to create the relationship you’ve always wanted.
My Qualifications
I hold a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and have trained extensively in the Gottman Method, which has been shown to help couples from many backgrounds meet their relationship goals. After working with hundreds of couples, I believe this tried-and-true method has something to offer everyone!
My Approach
I believe in a collaborative approach where we work together at your pace. I bring humor & compassion to my practice because I want our sessions to feel comfortable and welcoming, yet meaningful. Although I know difficult topics always come up, I try to make therapy as enjoyable as possible for my clients.
