Therapy For People Navigating Intimacy, Conflict, and Connection

I work with couples who feel stuck in the same arguments, miscommunications, or moments of disconnection even when they genuinely care about each other. Many of my clients feel frustrated, triggered, or shut down and know something needs to change, but aren’t sure how to do it differently.

I work with individuals navigating intimacy concerns, relationship transitions, or patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ clients and those in non-traditional or consensually nonmonogamous (CNM) relationships.

who we are

Our practice uses the Gottman Method and attachment-based approaches to help couples understand each other and develop real skills for lasting change. Together, we focus on managing conflict, strengthening emotional connection, increasing friendship and intimacy, and building a relationship that supports both of your needs.

With a specialty in sex therapy, we help individuals and couples tackle the problems that feel difficult to talk about. This can look like figuring out differences in libido, rebuilding trust after infidelity, or even preparing to open your relationship. We want to help you create a more satisfying and connected sexual relationship.

In therapy, you’ll learn concrete tools to improve communication, deepen empathy, and change the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Our goal is to help clients feel confident enough to ask for their desires and build relationships rooted in growth, collaboration, and pleasure. We don’t just talk about problems, we’ll work toward meaningful change.

A Direct and Collaborative Approach

“My counseling style is inviting, energetic, playful, and productive. We’ll talk about hard things, but therapy shouldn’t feel like a slog. I’m often direct and don’t shy away from addressing conflict, and I believe that validation, empathy, and accountability are essential tools for fostering any relationship.

I work collaboratively with clients. You’re the expert in your own life, and I’m here to help you meet your goals. I don’t expect perfection, but I do encourage vulnerability, honesty, and real effort. Growth happens when people show up, even when it’s uncomfortable.”
