Here are some common questions and answers to help you out.
Scheduling a session is simple! You can visit our booking page, choose a time that works for you, and fill out the form. If you prefer to chat first, feel free to call or email us directly, and we’ll walk you through it!
During your first visit, we’ll chat about your goals and concerns. We’ll also go over what you can expect from our practice. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, so just be yourself. We’ll take it at your pace, and you can ask any questions you might have.
Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. However, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill to submit claims directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Life happens! If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. No-show fees may apply if we don’t hear from you before this period.
